I realize that I'm not very good about sending out updates via my website. I get a little overwhelmed running every other aspect of the business and I end up neglecting this particular form of communication. I will try to be better so that you can find me, the cheese, and information about upcoming Italy tours. Now let's get to the good stuff!

-First order of business is to announce a weekly raclette night at DeVine Wine Bar in Redwood City. Every Wednesday from 5pm to 9pm I will be there with a wheel of raclette cheese, my raclette machine, and all of the accoutrement. Raclette is a typical alpine cheese that is made in the spring and summer months and served all winter long. The first time I saw it I was in the Swiss Alps at a festival. There was a big wheel of cheese being turned over a fire and as the cheese hit the fire the broiled melted cheese would get scraped off onto potatoes. My version is not as dramatic but just as fun!

-I've been going with Marge nearly every day to sell cheese. I've been focusing on domestic artisan cheese a lot more, inspired by my recent trip to the American Cheese Society conference. I mostly post my schedule on instagram but if you aren't on that app, find me Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday nights outside of Mazra restaurant on Broadway in Redwood City . Fridays from 12-3 I'm always outside of Fireside Books on Broadway in Redwood City. I have different cheese every week and I appreciate your support! Running a small, niche business isn't easy and I feel like word of mouth is growing all of the time.

And finally, in great news, we've announced an upcoming Italy trip for the spring of 2027. The response has so far been great and we have two spots left.
