How do I know if I'm ready to buy a home in Italy?
As a non-Italian citizen, it is incredibly difficult to obtain a mortgage from an Italian bank. The simplest way to purchase a home is to be prepared to pay cash for the property. Our home-buying tours are designed for clients who have already raised the capital.

Why should I consider this opportunity?
Simply put, this is an incredible opportunity for a buyer to get through a process that is normally complicated and confusing with the help of two licensed Italian real estate attorneys. They will be with us, Kitchen Table Travel, on the tour to advise you and to help you understand how to protect your investment.
We will show you the beauty and charm the area has to offer to help you in your decision making.

Learn traditional techniques for putting together a classic Italian meal. We'll enjoy the lunch you've prepared followed by a well-deserved break.

We'll convene again in the late afternoon to meet up with Claudia Bortolani and Eleonora Cerin, our experienced Italian real estate lawyers of the international law firm Aliant Law for a real estate seminar which will provide you with some of the base knowledge on the acquisition process of a real estate property in Italy.
